Why no unlimited plan?
AI, voice and WABA have real provider costs. Each package includes a safe monthly volume, and extra usage is billed only when you exceed it.
What is a standard AI conversation?
A normal text AI conversation window in Botseller. Voice calls, WABA provider conversations, agent swarm actions and high-cost long-context scenarios are separate usage types.
Which channels are included?
Packages include standard channels without separate provider conversation fees, such as website chat, Telegram and other available messengers. Official WhatsApp/WABA is an add-on because templates, categories and provider conversations have external cost.
What if I exceed the included volume?
Extra standard AI conversations are billed as overage. If volume grows steadily, moving to a higher package usually makes more sense.
Can I start without implementation?
Yes, for free: describe your business and the AI engineer builds the setup itself. Want it done for you: the Managed launch module, no meetings (brief, payment, setup in 5 business days), free with a yearly plan. Complex projects with custom integrations are scoped individually.
Are WABA and voice included?
They are add-ons because cost depends on providers, minutes, templates, categories and volume.
Can I buy AI voice calls separately?
Voice can be sold as its own business scenario, but it still needs the platform layer: CRM context, customer history, handoff rules and reporting. In practice it is usually added to Business or Scale through the voice module.
What if we already use Bitrix24, amoCRM or Kommo?
Botseller can work as an AI layer around your existing CRM or as its own AI CRM workspace. Simple integrations are handled as a normal setup path; custom fields, pipelines and closed APIs are scoped separately.
Can I bring my own API keys?
For normal packages Botseller manages AI providers and quality settings. BYO keys can be discussed for Enterprise/Custom cases.
Can I change package later?
Yes. The ladder is designed for gradual expansion: start with one job, then add more volume, channels, voice or teams without moving to another product.
Can I buy only WABA or only agent swarm?
Separate scenarios can be discussed, but the public model stays simple: the package gives platform, CRM and AI context; WABA, voice and swarm are modules on top, so the result is not just a disconnected connector.
How does the free trial work?
After sign-up you get 3 days on any package: connect a channel, load your business knowledge and see how AI handles real conversations. No card, no auto-charge.
Is yearly billing available?
Yes. Yearly billing gives a 20% discount, which equals two months free. The toggle at the top of this page shows yearly prices. You can start monthly and switch later.
Will existing customers move automatically?
No. The package model is tested on new traffic first. Existing customers can opt in later if it is better for them.
