Botseller Privacy Notice
How the international Botseller service processes visitor, customer and platform user data.

1. Controller and roles
Botseller (Ботселлер) LLP, BIN 260740026010, is the controller for website, account, billing, support and marketing data. For data submitted through customer channels and workspaces, the customer normally determines the purposes and means. The parties' precise roles and instructions are defined by their contract; this Notice is not a DPA.
2. Data
We process account and organisation data, billing and contract records, customer-directed messages and attachments, channel identifiers, security logs, IP address and user agent. When configured, analytics and advertising tags process identifiers, page events, URLs, referrers and attribution parameters when a page loads.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We rely on contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests for the service and security. Analytics and advertising processing remains subject to applicable regional rules. The current informational cookie banner is not represented as a prior-consent mechanism.
4. Providers and model training
Data may be sent to AI, cloud, messenger and CRM providers used by the customer configuration. Provider retention and model-improvement or training use depend on the relevant API mode, account settings and contract. Botseller does not claim one verified training opt-out across every integration.
5. Retention, environment and transfers
Form consent remains effective until the request and related communication are completed or consent is withdrawn; limited records may be retained where required by law, security or legal claims. Form data is not made publicly available on the basis of that consent. At this version date, the international and Russian services may still use shared technical components; physical separation of servers, databases, logs and backups is not claimed. Data may be processed where Botseller and enabled providers operate. Any transfer mechanism required by applicable law must be agreed before the relevant processing; this Notice does not claim that SCCs or a TIA are already in place for every use case.
6. Rights and contact
Requests for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection or consent withdrawal can be sent to [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect processing before it and processing may continue where required by law or an outstanding obligation. Customer-controlled data requests may be referred to the relevant customer.
