Botseller Terms of Use
B2B terms for the international Botseller SaaS platform.
Updated: 18 July 2026. Effective: 18 July 2026.
1. B2B agreement
These Terms govern business use of Botseller supplied by Botseller (Ботселлер) LLP, BIN 260740026010. The person accepting them confirms authority to bind the organisation.
2. Service and account
Botseller grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable SaaS access right for the subscription term. The customer is responsible for accounts, connected channels and lawful AI instructions. Features, limits, term and support follow the interface, invoice or order; no SLA applies unless expressly agreed.
3. Data and AI
The customer retains rights in customer data and is responsible for lawfully obtaining and submitting it. Roles, instructions, safeguards and deletion periods follow the contract and actual configuration. Accepting these Terms does not automatically execute a DPA, SCCs or another transfer agreement. AI output may be inaccurate and requires human review for significant decisions. Prohibited and unassessed high-risk uses are outside standard use.
4. Payment
Price, currency, billing period, payment method and applicable taxes are shown in the interface, invoice or order before payment. Renewal, cancellation and refund rights apply only as expressly stated there or required by mandatory law. Paddle is not represented as the active Merchant of Record until its onboarding is complete.
5. IP and acceptable use
Platform rights belong to Botseller or its licensors. Reverse engineering, unlawful communications, spam, fraud, security abuse, unlawful data collection and prohibited AI practices are forbidden.
6. Current infrastructure status
Use of botseller.ai and contracting with the LLP do not by themselves mean the Russian and international backends are already physically separated. Until a technical sign-off is issued, Botseller does not claim the absence of shared servers, databases, logs, backups or suppliers.
7. Suspension, liability and law
Access may be suspended for security threats, illegality, non-payment or material breach. Liability remains subject to mandatory law and the order. The agreement is governed by the law of Kazakhstan without removing mandatory data subject rights. Contact: +7 702 845-01-22, [email protected].
