International baseline for Botseller website, workspace and AI sales automation workflows
Last updated: May 13, 2026
This English document is a practical international baseline for publication. It should be reviewed by counsel before being relied on as the final legal model for a specific jurisdiction.
1. Scope
This policy explains how Botseller processes personal data when visitors use the public website, submit contact forms, create a workspace account, request a demo, or communicate with our team about AI sales automation.
The English version is an international baseline for customers outside the Russian market. It is intended to work together with the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and any signed service agreement.
2. Categories of personal data
Depending on the interaction, Botseller may process account details, contact information, company information, support messages, workspace configuration data, billing identifiers, usage events, technical logs and communication metadata.
When a customer connects a messenger, CRM or another integration, Botseller may process customer-provided conversation data only to provide the configured service.
- Contact data: name, company, email and business contact details.
- Workspace data: assistant configuration, CRM fields, prompts, team roles and integration settings.
- Communication data: messages, timestamps, delivery status and handoff context needed for the AI assistant workflow.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device data, logs, security events and analytics events.
3. Purposes of processing
Botseller processes personal data to provide the AI sales automation platform, respond to requests, support customers, maintain security, improve product quality, process payments and comply with applicable obligations.
We do not sell personal data. Data is used for the service purposes described in this policy and in customer instructions.
4. Legal basis and customer responsibility
Where applicable, Botseller processes data based on contract performance, legitimate business interests, consent, legal obligations or customer instructions as a processor/service provider.
Customers are responsible for having the rights, notices and consents required to connect their own CRM, messenger channels and customer databases to Botseller.
5. Retention, deletion and security
Botseller keeps personal data only as long as needed for the service, account administration, security, accounting, dispute resolution or legal obligations.
We use access controls, role-based permissions, infrastructure monitoring and operational safeguards to protect data. Deletion requests can be submitted through the Data Deletion page or by contacting info@botseller.ru.
6. Subprocessors and transfers
Botseller may use infrastructure, payment, analytics, messaging, CRM and communication providers as subprocessors where needed to deliver the service.
International transfers may occur when service providers, messengers, CRM systems or infrastructure are located outside the user country. Customers should review the terms of each connected third-party channel.
