Botseller Academy Terms
International baseline for education, partner enablement and community materials

This English Academy document is a baseline for publication. Final partner, reseller or education terms should be reviewed before commercial launch in a target jurisdiction.
1. Academy materials
Botseller Academy may provide educational materials, partner enablement content, implementation playbooks, templates, workshops, community access and related resources for people learning AI sales automation.
Academy materials are informational. They do not guarantee revenue, client acquisition, certification, employment, partner status or a specific business outcome.
2. Access and payment
Access terms, price, billing period, included materials and community rules are shown on the relevant Academy or partner page, in the checkout flow or in an agreed quote.
Unless agreed otherwise, paid access is granted after successful payment and remains available for the purchased period or as described in the offer.
3. Partner enablement
Academy content may help partners, resellers and implementation teams understand Botseller workflows, sales scenarios, CRM setup, messenger automation and customer delivery patterns.
Any reseller, implementation or white-label relationship requires separate approval and may be governed by a separate partner agreement.
4. Use of content
Academy content is provided for the participant or partner organization that purchased access. Materials may not be resold, copied, published, sublicensed or used to create a competing training product without written permission.
Participants may adapt templates for their own internal implementation work or customer delivery when that use is allowed by the applicable Academy or partner terms.
5. Community rules
Participants must communicate respectfully, avoid spam, protect confidential information, comply with platform rules and avoid posting unlawful or misleading content.
Botseller may suspend community access if a participant harms other members, abuses materials, violates third-party rights or creates security or reputational risk.
6. Refunds and changes
Refund conditions, if any, are stated in the relevant checkout, quote or Academy offer. Botseller may update the composition of materials and sessions while preserving the general educational purpose of the offer.
