Botseller SaaS Service Terms
International baseline public offer for the Botseller sales automation platform
Last updated: May 13, 2026
This English service document is a publication-ready baseline for international users, not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal review or a signed enterprise agreement.
1. Service
Botseller provides a software-as-a-service platform for configuring AI assistants, messenger workflows, CRM handoffs, follow-up logic, analytics and related automation for sales teams.
The platform is provided remotely through workspace.botseller.ru and related public pages. Specific features may depend on the selected plan, integrations, channels and customer configuration.
2. Account and acceptance
By creating a workspace account, using the service, requesting paid features or paying for the service, the customer accepts these service terms unless a separate signed agreement applies.
The customer is responsible for accurate account information, workspace access control, internal user permissions and the legality of data uploaded to the service.
3. Fees and billing
Commercial terms, subscription fees, usage-based fees, implementation fees and support packages are shown on the website, in the workspace or in an agreed quote.
Unless agreed otherwise, fees are paid in advance and may depend on AI usage, seats, connected channels, implementation scope or partner package. Taxes and payment provider fees may be added where applicable.
4. Customer data and integrations
The customer keeps ownership of customer data, prompts, CRM records, message history and business content uploaded or connected to Botseller.
Botseller may process this data only to provide, secure, support and improve the service, subject to the Privacy Policy, Personal Data Processing Policy and customer instructions.
5. Acceptable use
The service must not be used for unlawful activity, spam, deceptive messaging, unauthorized scraping, privacy violations, harmful content, security attacks or activity that breaches third-party messenger or CRM rules.
Botseller may suspend access when required to protect users, infrastructure, third-party channels, legal obligations or service integrity.
6. AI output and human review
AI-generated replies can be useful for sales automation, but the customer remains responsible for reviewing workflows, prompts, offers, pricing claims and regulated communication before launch.
Botseller does not guarantee a specific revenue result. Case studies and ROI examples are illustrative and depend on the customer market, traffic, team process and implementation quality.
7. Termination
Either party may stop using the service according to the applicable plan or agreement. After termination, access may be limited and data may be retained only as needed for security, accounting, support, dispute resolution or legal obligations.
