AI sales assistant quick start

Use this path when you want to test Botseller with one funnel and one messenger before rolling it out to the whole sales team.

1. Create a workspace

Open workspace.botseller.ai, create an account and complete the first workspace setup.

2. Add one assistant

Create an AI employee for the funnel you want to test first. Describe the product, target customer, qualification questions and the moment when the assistant should hand the dialogue to a human manager.

3. Connect one channel

Start with the channel where response speed matters most. Telegram is the fastest test path, while WhatsApp Business API is usually better for production sales workflows.

4. Test replies before going live

Use the testing chat to check common questions, objections, pricing scenarios and handoff rules. Fix the prompt until the assistant answers in the tone your sales team expects.

5. Measure the pilot

Track response time, qualified leads, booked meetings and CRM completeness. When the first funnel is stable, connect the next messenger or expand the assistant to another pipeline.
