Recommended order

Start with Telegram or a web chat for a fast test. Move to WhatsApp Business API or Instagram when the sales process, escalation rules and CRM handoff are stable.

What to prepare

Prepare channel access, manager ownership rules, handoff phrases, working hours, escalation cases and a list of messages that should never be automated.

Production checklist

Check permissions, fallback notifications, consent text, duplicate handling and a manual recovery path before sending production traffic through the assistant.
