Start with the smallest workflow that can prove value: one messenger, one assistant, one CRM pipeline and one clear success metric.

Native and custom flows

Botseller can work with common CRM workflows such as amoCRM, Bitrix24, Kommo and custom API-based processes when the handoff logic is defined.

Before production

Check permissions, duplicate handling, field mapping, fallback notifications, consent text and a manual recovery path for failed updates.

After launch

Review failed handoffs, missed intents and CRM field quality weekly during the first month. Improve the assistant before expanding channels.
