    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to assign all of our rights and obligations under this Privacy Policy to any of our affiliates in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of the Service, whether by law or on other grounds. Additionally, information about you may be transferred to any of our affiliates, successors, or new owners of the Service.

    Your information may be disclosed or transferred to third parties with your consent. We will inform you of this at the time of collecting your information, including the purposes for which we will use such data.


Information Security

Within the Botseller service, appropriate technical, administrative, and physical safeguards are maintained to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of the personal information that we collect or store, and to ensure a level of security commensurate with the risk—both in terms of likelihood and severity—to the rights and freedoms of natural persons potentially involved in our processing operations. We regularly monitor our systems for potential vulnerabilities and attacks. However, the security of information transmitted over the internet cannot be guaranteed. You use the Service and provide us with your information at your own discretion and risk. Nonetheless, should your personal data be disclosed to third parties without authorization for any reason, you will be notified within 72 hours.


Amendments and Updates to This Policy

Continued use of the Service confirms your acceptance of our Privacy Policy and any amendments thereto. Age Restrictions

The Service is not intended for use by minors. Any individual from EU countries who has not reached the age of 18 is prohibited from using the Service. Such individuals should not attempt to register an account or provide us with any personal information. We deliberately do not collect any personal information from any individual under the age of 18. Upon receiving information that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 18, such data will be deleted immediately. If you have reason to believe that we may have collected personal data from an individual under the age of 18, please notify us immediately at priz1920@gmail.com. For the purposes of age verification, the Service reserves the right to request copies of identification documents. In the event of refusal to provide such documentation, the user’s access to the Service may be blocked.


Final Provisions

The User may, at any time, modify (update, supplement) the personal information provided, or any part thereof, as well as its confidentiality settings, by using the personal data editing function available in the personal account.

Personal data is stored on the Service until the time at which you cease using the Service. In the event of deletion of data from the Service at the initiative of either party, the User’s personal data shall be retained in the Service’s databases for no more than six (6) months.

Upon the expiration of the aforementioned retention period, the User’s personal data shall be destroyed.

The User may, at any time, withdraw the consent previously provided for the processing of personal data, provided that written notification is given to the Service via the communication channels specified below no less than ninety (90) days prior to the intended date of cessation of processing and use of the personal data provided.
